1 Killed and Another Injured in Torrance 2-Car Accident on Sepulveda Boulevard
Torrance, California (November 21, 2017) – A woman was killed in a traffic collision in Torrance on Saturday, November 18, according to a local news release.
The two-vehicle collision was reported at about 8:45 a.m. on Sepulveda Boulevard near Ellinwood and Reynolds drives.
According to a statement by Torrance Police, the 49-year-old woman was traveling eastbound in her Ford van when for unknown reasons, her vehicle collided with a westbound Toyota Camry operated by a 42-year-old woman.
The Ford driver was killed in the collision while the driver of the Camry was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The names of the victims were withheld.
An investigation is ongoing.
