1 Killed and 2 Injured in Paramount Car Crash at Rosecrans and Orange Avenues
Paramount, California (November 26, 2017) – A woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in Paramount on Saturday, November 25.
The fatal collision was reported at the intersection of Rosecrans and Orange avenues shortly before 4 a.m.
According to a local news source, a black Honda Civic and a white GMC truck were involved in the collision.
Officials of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department believe that one of the vehicles ran a red light at the intersection causing the collision.
A woman believed to have been a passenger in the Civic was killed in the collision.
Meanwhile, the drivers of both vehicles sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
The identities of the victims were not revealed.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
