4 Killed and 6 Injured in San Pablo Hit-and-Run collision on Interstate 80
San Pablo, California (November 28, 2017) – Troy Biddle, 52, Daryl Horn, 50, and their sons, 12-year-old Baden Biddle and 14-year-old Joseph Horn, were identified as the victims who were killed in a traffic collision in San Pablo on Saturday, November 25.
According to a local news source, the accident occurred on Interstate 80 near the San Pablo Dam Road exit.
As per a report, the victims were traveling in white Nissan sedan driven by Jared Horn when they were struck by a Mercedes operated by 47-year-old Fred Lowe.
The impact of the crash sent the Nissan into the opposite lanes where it rolled over several times.
A Lincoln SUV and a Mazda SUV are reported to have been involved in the collision.
The four victims, who were all passengers in the Nissan, were killed in the collision.
Jared along with the Honda driver, two occupants of the Mazda and two occupants of the Lincoln were rushed to local hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries
Meanwhile, Lowe who had fled the scene of the accident was located and arrested. He faces multiple charges including felony hit-and-run, felony DUI and felony vehicular manslaughter.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
