Man Killed in Turlock Bicycle Collision on Lander Avenue near Linwood Avenue Identified
Turlock, California (November 20, 2017) – Robert Costner, 46, of Modesto, was identified as the bicyclist who was killed in a collision in Turlock, Stanislaus County, on Wednesday, November 15.
