Man Injured in Pasadena Train Accident at Del Mar Blvd and Arroyo Parkway
Pasadena, California (December 15, 2017) – One person was injured after a car and a Metro Gold Line train collided near a Metro station in Pasadena on Thursday, December 14.
According to a report by the Pasadena Fire Department, the accident occurred at about 9:35 a.m. at Del Mar Boulevard and Arroyo Parkway.
As per the report, a male motorist believed to be in his 70s was injured in the collision and was rushed to a local hospital in unknown condition. The identity of the man was not immediately established.
None of the three dozen occupants of the train were injured.
An investigation to establish the cause of the accident is ongoing.
