Pablo Orellana Arrested after Redbluff DUI Accident on 99W near Westover Road
Red Bluff, California (April 16, 2019) – 51-year-old Pablo Rivera Orellana of Red Bluff has been arrested after a head-on collision that injured a woman and two teenagers late Saturday night in Redbluff, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 11:45 p.m. Saturday, April 13, on 99W near Westover Road.
As per the report, Orellana was driving a Toyota Corolla south on the highway when he drifted into the northbound lanes and crashed head-on with an oncoming 2011 Dodge Ram pickup driven by a woman.
The female Dodge driver and her two teenage passengers were injured in the crash. The woman and one boy sustained minor injuries while a girl suffered moderate injuries.
Orellana suffered severe injuries including head trauma and internal injuries. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Orellana was later arrested by police on suspicion of DUI causing bodily injury and driving without a license.
