1 Injured in Fresno 3-Car Accident at Shields and Hayes Avenues
Fresno, California (November 17, 2017) – At least one person was injured in a hit-and-run collision in Fresno on Thursday, November 16.
The collision occurred at about 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of Shields and Hayes avenues.
As per the CHP log, at least three vehicles were involved in the collision. One vehicle reportedly sped off after the collision.
One person was injured in the collision and was hospitalized. The extent of the injuries, however, was not immediately established.
Meanwhile, the police managed to locate the suspect vehicle, a Chrysler. However, the driver of the vehicle, a Hispanic male in his 20s, is yet to be arrested.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
