Man Killed in Riverside Motorcycle Accident on Chicago Avenue
Riverside, California (December 28, 2017) – A man died after his motorcycle crashed into a passenger vehicle in Riverside on Wednesday afternoon, December 27.
According to a local news source, the incident was reported at about 5:30 p.m. on Chicago Avenue near Le Conte Drive.
Officials of the Riverside Police Department learned that a southbound passenger vehicle only described as a mid-size SUV made a turn in front of a motorcycle that was heading in the same direction.
The motorcyclist crashed into the vehicle. The impact of the crash ejected the rider from the bike.
The man sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials closed Chicago Avenue between Martin Luther King Boulevard and Le Conte Drive to facilitate clearing operations.
