Citrus Heights, California (April 13, 2019) – A boy was injured in a pedestrian accident which occurred in Citrus Heights on Monday morning.
According to a local news source, the accident happened on a street outside Sylvan Middle School at an unspecified time.
The authorities said Jordan Smith, an 8th grader at Sylvan Middle School, was walking in a crosswalk on Carriage Drive when he was hit by a car.
The boy sustained minor injuries in the collision.
