Woman Injured in Hemet Auto-Pedestrian Crash on West Florida Avenue
Hemet, California (November 21, 2017) – A pedestrian was injured in an alleged hit-and-run accident in Hemet on Saturday, November 18, according to a local news source.
The pedestrian accident occurred shortly after 6 p.m. in the 700 block of West Florida Avenue.
The female pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle which fled the scene after the incident.
The woman sustained unspecified injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Her identity, however, was not immediately established.
Meanwhile, the police are yet to locate and arrest the driver of the involved vehicle. The vehicle was described as a tan-colored sedan, possibly with a broken windshield.
