Mark Maggiore Arrested after DUI Pedestrian Accident at Brentwood Boulevard at Fir Street in Brentwood
Brentwood, California (May 16, 2019) – The authorities have arrested a driver after a suspected DUI pedestrian accident which occurred in Brentwood on Tuesday.
The accident was reported at about 3:30 p.m. May 14, on Brentwood Boulevard at Fir Street, according to a local news source.
The authorities said a 14-year-old boy was injured after being struck by a southbound Ford F250 truck.
The unidentified teenager was flown to Oakland Children’s Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
The truck driver, 58-year-old Mark Maggiore, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and child endangerment.
