Man Killed in Compton Pedestrian Accident on Atlantic Avenue
Compton, California (December 12, 2017) – Arturo Da-Naire Frazier, 39, of Los Angeles, was killed in an alleged hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Sunday, December 10.
According to a local news source, the accident occurred at about 8:38 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue near 710 Freeway.
The man, a well-known preacher in the neighborhood, had just left the church when he was struck by a vehicle which fled the scene of the collision.
Emergency crews arriving at the scene found the pedestrian unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
