1 Killed and 2 Injured in Burbank Car Crash at Magnolia Boulevard and 1st Street
Burbank, California (November 26, 2017) – A woman was killed in a traffic accident, which left two other people seriously injured, in Burbank on Friday, November 24.
According to a local news source, the accident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. at the intersection of Magnolia Boulevard and 1st Street.
Officials of the Burbank Police Department say three vehicles were involved in the collision. However, the manner in which the vehicles collided was not immediately established.
A passenger in one of the vehicles, identified only as an 88-year-old woman, sustained severe injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Sadly, she succumbed to her injuries while receiving treatment.
A driver and a passenger in another vehicle are reported to have sustained major injuries in the collision and were hospitalized.
The identities of the victims were not immediately established.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
